TUBITAK tarafından BIDEB 2223 Bilimsel Etkinlikleri Destekleme başvurumuz onaylanmıştır. TUBITAK BIDEB Katılımcı Desteği Talebi yapmak isteyen, Ankara dışından kongreye gelecek ve sunum yapacak olan, 35 yaş altındaki öğrenciler aşağıdaki bilgileri wwwace@metu.edu.tr e-posta adresine göndererek başvuru yapabilirler. Sonuçlar kısa sure içinde e-posta ile kendilerine bildirilecektir.

Authors: Please Check your Registration Status!

The registration status of the accepted papers are announced on the online submission system http://www.abstractagent.com/2012ace/.

To check status:

  • Login to the system with your personal email and password.
  • Click on “My Abstracts”, then click on the reference number of your paper, which appear under Abstract link.
  • A new window will open so that you can check the status of your registration at “Confidential Notes to Author” section.

If your registration status is “Not Registered” please register for the conference until September 24, 2012.

If you have any questions regarding registration, please send an email to ace2012@asterya.com. The agency will contact you immediately.

The papers which are not registered by the deadline will not be published!

ACE2012 Registration System is Now Open!

The registration system is online at this link. Information regarding the registration fee can be seen at this link. You can pay registration fee online by credit card. The deadline to register for presenting authors is September 1, 2012. The papers of presenting authors who do not register by this deadline will not be published in the conference proceedings.

ACE2012 Copyright Transfer Agreement form can be obtained from this link. This form needs to be signed by all authors of the paper. The signed and scanned document can be submitted to wwwace@metu.edu.tr

Full Text Paper Evaluation Results Announced

ACE2012 review results are announced. You can login to Abstract Agent system http://www.abstractagent.com/2012ace to see the reviewer comments and the status of your paper. We are trying to give the possibility for oral presentation to as many authors as possible. The decision on presentation type (oral or poster presentation) will be made shortly and the results will be emailed to you. We would like to remind you that regardless of the presentation type, all accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings if at least one author has registered to the conference
